Does the garden around the pool need permission?
Malmö’s guidance distinguishes the pool itself from other structures, such as a deck or pool house. Discuss the complete proposal with the municipality where your property is located before work begins.

What if we also change the ground levels?
Malmö has separate guidance for retaining structures, decking and ground changes. Ask your own municipality which permissions apply to the proposed levels and construction, rather than assuming the pool decision covers everything.
